Maniac was started by Tim and Joe in the spring of 2021. Long-time collaborators with ample experience working with and for creative agencies, they started Maniac to be an un-agency that aims to make marketing way less complicated. Our agency is young, so our culture is still developing! If you have a secondary passion for fostering a healthy, inclusive, company culture remotely, this is a great place to make your mark.
Our core leadership team is located north of Atlanta in Woodstock, Georgia. So we aim to pay our team competitively based on the Atlanta market.
We work from home offices, coffee shops, dining tables, car pool lines. As long as the work gets done with excellence, we don't require you to work in any particular place.
We offer 20 days PTO and we require everyone to take off two weeks every year. We also pay our employees to take off the last week of the calendar year to focus on recharging and being with their families.
Our team works whenever they are most productive. We do ask all teammates to be available during normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone for occasional meetings.
After your 6-month mark with Maniac, We offer a 401k plan through Guideline and match contributions up to 4%.
We arm our employees with a brand new MacBook and $2k in reimbursements for home office gear (ie. desk, comfy chair, etc.).
Time together as a team is important. We make it a point to gather together at least once a year.
We are delighted to give employees who bring Maniac new clients 5% commission on any sales for the following three years.
