Developing a marketing plan to chase your biz goals can be tough. And executing that plan can be even tougher. Not knowing where to begin, or how much to spend — or what surprises may pop up along the way — means you need a capable guide who understands where you’re headed and values your dollar as much as you do.

That is why we base our process on three key principles:

Mission Alignment

Before diving into work, we make sure goals are clearly set, expectations aligned, and stakeholders bought in. We emphasize communication all the way through to avoid headaches and easily pivot when needed.

Project Ownership

This is a big one. Maniac offers turnkey service, which means you can relax. We take ownership of the projects we tackle, managing calendars, vendors, etc. to ensure the job gets done on time and on budget.

Transparency

You have full access to our team’s task manager at all times via your client dashboard, where you can also download deliverables, link to media archives, and reference documentation.

Do you only work in certain industries?
Not really! We’re agnostic as far as industries go, but we do love turn-key projects that allow us to leverage our expertise and deliver thoughtful, impactful, brand-oriented work.
How long do projects usually take?
Most projects take 2 to 6 months, depending on scope size. Since we stay pretty consistently booked, we recommend reaching out early to secure your spot on our calendar.
How involved can I be in the process?
We welcome a ton of involvement on the front end, as we gather info, conduct research, and develop our plan of attack. Once work starts, we offer several chances to weigh in and make changes before launch.
How do you measure success?
We measure everything — page speeds, open rates, conversions, etc. Then we compare results to where things started and assess improvement. When things are working, we’re happy.
Can you help with branding?
For sure. Branding is a massive part of what we do and informs media, web, social, etc. Our focus is always on what works — what resonates with your target demo and promises to convert — not just what looks cool.
How involved are you in media production?
Very involved. We handle everything — from scripting and shooting to editing and delivery. Each production is tailored to client needs, which does mean bringing in extra crew in some instances.
Do you manage social media accounts?
Not usually. We like to focus on strategy and creating foundational tools like keystone documents and templates that your team can use. If a campaign needs some extra hands, we’re happy to help with that too.
